Lobetia Viognier is made from organically grown grapes at the Dominio de Punctum estate. The estate uses biodynamic wine growing practices in order to improve the soil structure and enhance the natural cycle of the vines. This also means that the grapes are free of chemical pesticides and fertilisers. The bio-dynamic farming helps achieve the best possible grapes. The Viognier grapes are harvested during the night in August. It has been gently filtered to keep all natural aromas and characteristics.
